All services performed by Nerea shall be exclusively governed by the present General Conditions which shall be deemed accepted at  the time of  signing   the contract,  unless superseded by particular conditions. The customer hereby agrees that these General Conditions shall apply to any order or service either verbally or by telex/fax, even though no reference to these General Conditions has been made. The limitations of liability as defined within the provisions of these General Conditions shall also be applicable to compensation claims arising from any unlawful act.
